Explanatory comment
The ACT is committed to maintaining high standards in work practice in all its operations and to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. It encourages ‘whistleblower’ disclosures about misconduct and has measures in place to protect and support whistleblowers. Anyone considering making a disclosure is advised to read ACT’s Whistleblower Policy to ensure they are eligible to make a disclosure and that the issue(s) about which you wish to make a disclosure may be reported under the Whistleblower Policy.
You may make a disclosure to a selected recipient at the ACT using the form below. Note that the policy also provides details about other external eligible recipients of disclosures about the ACT.
