It encourages ‘whistleblower’ disclosures about misconduct and has measures in place to protect and support whistleblowers. Anyone considering making a disclosure is advised to read ACT’s Whistleblower Policy to ensure they are eligible to make a disclosure and that the issue(s) about which you wish to make a disclosure may be reported under the Whistleblower Policy.
