Content
- Exploration of the theological foundations for training and developing all of God’s people for all of life
- Review and critical evaluation of relevant theoretical frameworks
- Identification of what maturity should look like among ordinary Christians, Christian leaders, and local church communities in a contemporary post-Christian urban context
- Design of curriculum that reflects Christ’s rule over all of life
- Evaluating, modifying, creating, and using appropriate training resources
- Social architecture that facilitates discipleship and leadership development
- Evaluation and assessment of individual and community maturity
- The development of new disciple-making churches
