B. Be able to
1. Examine recent scholarship in its bearing on an OT conference topic/theme not otherwise covered in the students’ course
2. Demonstrate skill in utilising diverse scholarship on an OT conference topic/theme not otherwise covered in the students’ course
3. Present Research-Aware evidence-based perspectives on an OT conference topic/theme not otherwise covered in the students’ course, including the preparation of a conference paper
C. Be in a position to
1. Applying Advanced perspectives and skills from an OT conference topic/theme not otherwise covered in the students’ course to ministry practice and Christian living as a reflective practitioner
Content
- Conference preparation
- Engagement with the conference topic through pre-reading of material related to the conference topic
- Introduction to the theory and practice of developing a conference paper
- Conference Participation
- Attend and participate (as appropriate) in at least 12 hours of presentations or workshops at the conference
- Conference Reflection
- Reflect theologically on the conference with reference to related theological sources
- Reflect personally on the conference experience
