Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will

A. Know and understand

1. Investigate the methodologies used in text based and/or ministry practice fields of study.

2. Critique the research principles and practices and ethical dimensions underlying selected text based and/or ministry practice Christian scholarship.

3. Formulate an integrated research proposal in order to perform Specialised research

C. Be in a position to

Developing Research-Driven perspectives on Specialised research methodologies and apply them to Christian texts and issues, and/or ministry practice as a reflective practitioner.

    3. Final form of the thesis/project: revision of style and accuracy of writing; consistency in use of conventions; supervisor’s final approval; research writing for critique and publication.
