On successful completion of this unit, students willA. Be able to
- Recognise the spiritual, personal and interpersonal contribution of their training program
- Apply academic processes of reflection and evaluation to their training program
- Display diligence and organisational skills in balancing the demands of formal study and informal training
- Maintain regular and conscientious contact with a unit coordinator to track progress
- Seek out, receive and constructively process feedback on their performance in both formal study and informal training
Content
Each of the four segments of the subject, A through to D, contains three sections. Each of these three sections indicates a general area in which the student’s development is to be formally tracked and assessed over the course of the unit, specifically: spiritual development, personal development, and network development. The specific activities that will constitute the substance and assessment of each of these three areas will be determined by the nature of the apprenticeship that the student is undertaking.
