Sexual Assault & Sexual Harassment Online Reporting Form
If you have experienced sexual assault or sexual harassment, there are support services which can help you. The ACT has a list of national and state-by-state support services you can access here. You are able to access this support regardless of when and where the assault and harassment occurred.
Use this online reporting form if:
- you have experienced sexual assault or sexual harassment;
- you have witnessed sexual assault or sexual harassment involving students, staff, or others connected with the Australian College of Theology including its colleges;
- someone has told you about their experience of sexual assault or sexual harassment at the Australian College of Theology including its colleges.
You can make a report anonymously or by providing your contact details. If you report anonymously, the information will be recorded to track incidents of sexual assault and harassment and to inform our management of the issues. It may not be possible to investigate the report if it is anonymous. If you choose to provide your contact details, you will be contacted by the ACT’s SASH Contact Officer to discuss how you would like the ACT to follow up on your report. If you are reporting on behalf of another person, you should not provide their name or contact details unless you have their permission.
