Graduation

If you believe you are on track to complete your course of study by the end of the current semester, please contact your college registrar to check your eligibility. All awards are conferred by the ACT’s Academic Board, which meets five times each calendar year. You cannot be issued with a final transcript, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) or testamur (award certificate) prior to conferral. Please ensure all details including your name and address are up to date in Paradigm prior to the completion of your course.

If you require a letter stating you have completed the requirements for your course prior to the conferral of your award, please contact Academic Services.

Once your award has been conferred, the testamur will be posted to your home college to be co-signed by the Principal prior to be presented to you at your college’s graduation ceremony. If you cannot attend your college’s graduation ceremony please inform your registrar so you can organise a time to pick it up or have it posted.
