If you believe you have completed your final unit of study in semester 2 2017 please note that your award will be conferred by the ACT’s Academic Board on 2^nd February 2018. You cannot be issue with a final transcript or testamur before this date. After the award is conferred, ACT will post a certified academic record (transcript) as well as an Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) to you. Please make sure your address is up to date on TAMS.

If you require a letter stating you have completed the requirements for your course, so that you can apply for further study at another provider, please contact us.

Once the award is conferred, your testamur (degree / diploma certificate) will be posted to your home college for the Principal to co-sign. You can collect your testamur at your home college’s graduation presentation ceremony, or pick up / post from your college. See below for a list of ACT affiliated college presentation dates.
