The Australian College of Theology (ACT) is a self-accrediting Higher Education
Provider (HEP) offering courses in theology to approximately 2,300 students through a
national network of 19 affiliated colleges.
We are seeking a full time Office Administrator.
The successful applicant will have experience in the execution of many of the tasks
associated with a small office, including maintaining business contracts and service
agreements, data entry and organising meetings. The applicant should show an ability
and willingness to adapt to new technologies in communication and information
management.
The applicant should have at least a relevant diploma, together with several years
experience in office administration preferably in an education setting. He or she should
also have a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
Ability to communicate well in English is a requirement for this position, and excellent
people skills are necessary because the position involves advising and assisting
administrative staff in affiliated colleges.
